Danielle and all those involved at the Molino il Moro were nothing short of fabulous when we were organising our wedding in Colle Val D'Elsa in June 2007. We got in touch with them when the chef at our wedding hotel left! - just weeks before the wedding. Although it was a nightmare at the time, in hindsight, dealing with Danielle was the best possible thing that could've happened to us and our wedding day - they were destined to be part of our day.
 Danielle (is English but settled in Tuscany) helped us look at accommodation options, reception venues and also organised a (fabulous) vintage wedding car and driver for us.
She also arranged a mini bus to drive our 65 guests in the evening from the hotel to the reception and back again afterwards.
 
 We made most of our arrangements by phone and email - and Danielle was extremely efficient in responding to our questions and sent us photos of practically everything!
We did not want a traditional 'English/Irish' wedding cake and so we opted for their fresh fruit cake - shaped like a flower - our friends and family are still talking about it! Truly amazing.
 Dietary requirements were no problem at all, and the food was absolutely to die for! Traditional tuscan cuisine cooked as it should be!
The menus we placed on the tables at the reception were in English and Italian and Danielle even checked my grammar on the menus!
We tasted all our food in advance of our day and Sergio at the Molino il Moro also helped us with our wine selections. Nothing was too much trouble and it was wonderful to work with a team of people who understood the importance of our wedding.
We are so happy that Danielle and the Molino il Moro team were part of our day - it wouldn't have been the same without them!

Dolci Tradizioni Toscane truly helped to make our wedding day the magical occasion we had dreamed of. We dealt with Danielle throughout the process and she went above and beyond our expectations for every request.

Dolci Tradizioni provided the catering and to some extent the confirmation of our wedding venue. The food was superb and service throughout the day was first class.

This highly professional service was not only during the wedding day but in every instants in which we dealt with Dolci Tradizioni Toscane.

Danielle and her team worked hard throughout the entire day to create a relaxed atmosphere and an ensured that every aspect went according to plane. Danielle, on many occasions, used her initiative and experience to help as make decisions and improve our own ideas. She was always open to change and nothing was too much trouble.
All of our guests commented on the high level of service, excellent quality food and how beautifully they had decorreted the venue.

Our wedding was on the 4th of August 2010 and we would most definitely recommend their services.
